We undertake a range of structural and builders work to support construction, refurbishment and alteration projects. This includes openings, alterations, concrete works, blockwork, making good and other associated building works.

The work
Temporary works first
Every structural alteration starts with the existing building held safely: props, needles and temporary steel installed in an agreed sequence, then the permanent beams, lintels and concrete. The temporary works only come out once the new structure has the strength and the sign-off, as at Birkbeck House and Kilravock Street.

Concrete Works
We undertake concrete works including bases, slabs and other structural or supporting elements required for construction and refurbishment projects.
Blockwork
We provide blockwork for new construction, alterations and infill works, coordinating with the wider build programme and other site trades.
Openings and Making Good
We form new openings and complete associated making-good works, leaving affected areas ready for the next stage of construction.
