Of industry heritage
Richie took the leap and set up on his own in 2016, with the intention of being a small local demolition contractor working alongside his brother Nick and a small team.
But small and local didn't last long. Within a short time he had gained a good reputation in the industry as a trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional contractor.
Fast forward a decade and R.E.B Group Ltd are now a multi-disciplined specialist contractor, employing over 20 head office staff and managers and on average 50 site operatives, and carrying out over 65 major projects, hundreds of minor projects and thousands of waste clearances a year.
With our head office and main depot in Aveley, Essex, R.E.B are well positioned to control projects across Essex, London and the South East, with satellite offices controlling projects further afield.
R.E.B specialise in demolition, strip-out and enabling works, structural formations, alterations and repairs, structural steelwork, groundworks, drainage, underpinning, asbestos removal, waste management and much more.
Heritage
Grown up around demolition
Demolition runs in the family. Richie, Nick and their siblings grew up in the demolition and construction industry and started their careers there from an early age, working with their father, who ran a successful demolition and reclamation business through the 80s, 90s and noughties.
A lot was learnt from the family business, from operations and finance to health and safety and much more, setting us on the right path for the future.
My vision for R.E.B
I have worked on hundreds of construction sites throughout the years and have learnt a lot from each project. I have seen the hassles and headaches that main contractors deal with on a daily basis.
With R.E.B I have built a good reputation with my clients, and they have come to realise that my team and I are here to help and assist as much as possible.
With our positive attitude, understanding and approach, the team and I find it rewarding working closely with clients to ensure projects run as smoothly as possible.
With our commitment to health and safety, quality and delivery, I am proud to lead R.E.B and the team, and to continue offering our services to a high standard to existing and new clients for many years to come.

Upper tier waste carrier
Registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer in August 2024, so we carry our own waste.

Quality and environmental management systems certified by NQA in August 2024.

Oaklands School
Phased refurbishment and a new glazed atrium lantern completed inside a working London school.

University of the Arts London
Structural alterations and a new lift shaft at a Grade II listed college, completed on time in 18 weeks.
