R.E.B was appointed to undertake the internal strip-out of existing bathroom finishes at a private home on Abbots Drive, Virginia Water.
The works involve the careful removal of existing wall and floor tiles, together with Ditra matting, preparing the areas for subsequent works by others.
Project delivery
The project is planned as a short, focused programme, with 6 man-days allocated to complete the works during one continuous, unobstructed visit. Prior to commencement, all sanitaryware and FF&E are to be removed by others, with suitable protection installed to provide a clear and protected working area.
RAMS and the site file have been issued, with the works planned and coordinated to allow the strip-out to be completed efficiently within the agreed three-day programme.
