Quality and Environmental Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

R.E.B Group Ltd, established in 2024, provides a comprehensive range of specialist services including demolition, enabling works, soft strip and strip-outs, groundworks (including basements and underpinning), structural repairs and alterations, temporary works, diamond drilling, non-licensed asbestos removal, waste management, and small tool and plant hire.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, environmentally responsible services that meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Environmental responsibility is at the heart of our operations: we are committed to protecting both the built and natural environment, and to positively influencing our clients, suppliers and stakeholders.

We recognise that our activities have environmental impacts and we are committed to minimising them wherever reasonably practicable. Quality and environmental management are a core part of our strategic direction and are integrated into decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

We are fully committed to complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental), and to continually improving the effectiveness of our integrated management system (IMS). This policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing our quality and environmental objectives and targets. The scope of our management system is the provision of demolition and renovation services, including the services listed above, delivered from our head office in Aveley and on client sites.

Our Commitments

We are dedicated to:

  • Customer Satisfaction: understanding and fulfilling customer requirements to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Compliance: meeting or exceeding all applicable legal, regulatory and other requirements, including environmental laws, permits and codes of practice.
  • Protection of the Environment: preventing pollution and reducing emissions to air, land and water.
  • Continual Improvement: enhancing the effectiveness of our IMS and our quality and environmental performance through regular review, monitoring and employee engagement.
  • Sustainable Development: promoting the responsible use of resources and supporting sustainability in all aspects of our operations.
  • Climate Change: considering the effects of climate change on our work and reducing the carbon and waste impacts of our activities.
  • Quality Culture and Ethics: promoting a culture of quality, integrity and ethical behaviour, in which everyone takes ownership of getting work right first time.
  • Employee Engagement: ensuring all employees and subcontractors are competent, informed and empowered to contribute to our quality and environmental objectives.

How We Will Achieve This

To fulfil these commitments, R.E.B Group will:

  • Set measurable quality and environmental objectives and targets, and review performance at least annually at management review.
  • Identify and manage the significant environmental aspects and impacts of our activities and services, from planning through to delivery.
  • Minimise energy, water and resource use, including heating, lighting and water use at our premises.
  • Reduce, reuse and recycle materials, and ensure the safe and legal disposal of all waste.
  • Use sustainable energy sources and lower-emission plant and vehicles where possible.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Promote the reporting of incidents, nonconformities and environmental concerns, and take effective corrective and preventive action.
  • Provide adequate resources, training and information, and clearly define roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage and empower our people to identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce environmental impact in their daily work.
  • Encourage consultation and participation in health, safety, quality and environmental matters.
  • Maintain good communication on quality and environmental matters, internally and externally.
