Asbestos & hazardous removal
Asbestos is planned for, not discovered halfway through a job. Where a building may contain it, an asbestos survey is part of our package before demolition starts, as it was at The Cranleigh in Hornchurch.
Where asbestos materials are found we remove them safely, as with the asbestos cement roof of a garden shed at Bodiam Close in Enfield, and carry the waste away under our own upper tier waste carrier registration, with the paperwork to show it was disposed of properly.

The work
Planned in, not found halfway
Where a building may contain asbestos, the survey comes before the programme, so any removal is priced and sequenced from the start. Materials are removed, wrapped and carried away safely, and the waste leaves with the paperwork to show where it went.
