The work
From breaking out to the base
Breaking out, excavation by machine and by hand, reinforcement, formwork and concrete, all by our own team. At UAL that meant piles to around ten metres and a reinforced lift pit in the courtyard of a live, Grade II listed college.

Drainage and Ducting
We install and prepare drainage, ducting and associated below-ground services, coordinating the works with other site requirements.
Concrete Bases
we prepare and install concrete bases for buildings, plant, equipment and other structures, providing a solid foundation for the next stage.
