Survey and sequence
We look at the structure before we price it: what holds it up, what is in it, and what is next to it. The sequence comes out of that, not out of a template.
Demolition & Stripout service
Full or partial take-down, planned before it starts. We survey the structure, agree the sequence, and bring it down in a documented order that protects the site and everyone on it.
What's demolition & dismantling?
Whether it is a single structure or a whole building, demolition is a controlled job rather than a destructive one. We start with a survey: what the building is made of, what is holding it up, what is buried in it, and what sits either side of it. That produces a sequence and a method statement an engineer has checked, and that is what the crew works to on the day.
Most of what we take down comes apart rather than falls down. Steel is cut and dropped in planned sections, concrete is crushed and processed on site where there is room, and anything with a resale or reuse value is dismantled and set aside rather than crushed into the pile. It is slower on paper and cheaper in practice, because it cuts what leaves site as waste.
We run the dust suppression, the exclusion zones and the banksman on every movement, and we keep the neighbours informed rather than leaving them to find out. When we are finished the site is clear, level and ready for whatever comes next.
Our process
We look at the structure before we price it: what holds it up, what is in it, and what is next to it. The sequence comes out of that, not out of a template.
Every job runs to an engineer-checked method statement and risk assessment, with temporary works designed rather than decided on site.
In-house operators and machines, so you are not waiting on a subcontractor's availability or paying their margin.
We crush, segregate and clear as we go, and hand over a level site with the paperwork to show where everything went.
