About the role
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our Demolition / Strip-out division. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
You will run day-to-day operations on site, keeping our teams safe, organised and on programme, and keeping the project team and the client informed.
What the job involves
- Supervise and manage all site workers
- Assist the project team with planning work activities
- Carry out regular site inspections
- Put health and safety measures in place on site
- Keep accurate on-site records
- Oversee and manage daily operations
- Communicate between clients and project teams when required
- Organise work schedules
- Make sure projects are completed on time
What you need
- Supervisory experience on demolition or strip-out sites
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS card
- A good working knowledge of RAMS and site health and safety
- Confident dealing with clients and project teams
