About the role
Due to continuous growth we are looking for General Operatives to join our Demolition / Strip-out division. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
You will work across our sites in London and the South East, supporting the crew on demolition, strip-out and enabling works: getting work areas ready, clearing waste and keeping sites safe and tidy.

What the job involves
- Set up and protect work areas with barriers, sheeting and signage
- Strip out finishes, fixtures and fittings by hand and with power tools
- Help with soft strip and demolition, including breaking out by hand
- Load, segregate and remove waste and spoil from site
- Move materials, tools and equipment safely around site
- Support the trades with propping, temporary works and builders work
- Keep the site clean, tidy and safe through the day
- Follow the RAMS and site rules, and report hazards to the supervisor
What you need
- CSCS card
- Experience on construction, demolition or strip-out sites
- A good working knowledge of site health and safety
- Fit for physical work, including lifting and carrying
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, and able to travel to sites across London and the South East
