About the role
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Demolition / Strip-out division. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
You will control several contracts at once, overseeing our Site Supervisors, preparing RAMS and tenders, and building good relationships with new and existing clients.
What the job involves
- Control multiple contracts at the same time
- Oversee Site Supervisors
- Prepare RAMS and ensure health and safety compliance
- Oversee projects from start to finish
- Build good relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare tenders
What you need
- Previous experience in demolition and strip-out (essential)
- Full clean driving licence
- Black card or equivalent
- SMSTS
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
